Given an absence of the United States within a framework of the UNDW, and China's membership in the BRICS economic alliance, Europe, as well as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and UK, emerge as strategically significant providers for development and technological leadership, possessing a wealth of expertise and resources that can be effectively leveraged for global advancement of the UNDW.


Historically, American technological advancements have been rooted in European science and discoveries, while China has largely relied on reverse engineering and replication for its development.

Contrary to claims of decline, Europe remains a vibrant hub for scientific research and development. Moreover, the notion of BRICS overtaking Europe in technological prowess is unfounded. Europe's established infrastructure, skilled workforce, and commitment to innovation solidify its position as a leading global center for science and development to stay for many decennia to come.

The industrial overcapacity of consumer goods in China hinders the economical and industrial development in South-West Asia, Africa and South America. But even then, there is a shortage of everything that could be produced locally. In light of this, the UNDW is focused on facilitating technological transfer and investing in production centers in those areas, within its own single market, fostering sustainable and equitable global development.

In the realm of space exploration, the European Space Agency rivals its American counterpart, contributing significantly to scientific advancements and satellite technology. Europe is also at the forefront of emerging technologies, including hydrogen car development and green energy solutions. The region's commitment to sustainability is evident in its advanced recycling practices and innovative approaches to agriculture.
